About Me With nearly two decades of experience in real estate sales, operations, and short-term rental management, I bring a well-rounded, strategic approach to helping clients make confident real estate decisions. I’ve been a licensed Realtor in Virginia since 2005, guiding buyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia while also leading and managing high-performing real estate teams for more than 12 years. My background includes overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance, payroll, commissions, and staff management—experience that enables me to see the big picture and deliver smooth, well-executed transactions for my clients. In addition to traditional residential sales, I specialize in second homes and investment properties. I work closely with clients in both Northern Virginia and the Outer Banks of North Carolina to identify opportunities, analyze rental data, and develop innovative strategies for long-term success. From acquisition to setup and ongoing management, I help investors understand the numbers, design homes guests love, and maximize performance. On the Outer Banks, I am the co-owner and operator of Salt Coast Hosts, a boutique vacation rental management company focused on modern, well-maintained coastal homes. Through this work, I partner with homeowners to optimize revenue, pricing, and guest experience while protecting their investment. Real estate is also personal for me. My family and I are longtime investors, owning multiple short-term rentals on the Outer Banks and a long-term rental in Florida.
