Jason and Juliet met at Virginia Tech and started investing in Real Estate in 2003 and currently have 3 rental properties. Jason is from Northern Virginia and they decided to settle in Prince William County in 2005 to start a family and continue their careers. They have experience in flipping homes, working with investors as well as running a successful residential real estate team, The Front Porch Team brokered by LPT Realty. Juliet is the team leader and listing specialist. Jason is the teams operations manager, property manager, and handles both residential and commercial real estate sales. In their spare time you can find them on the soccer and field hockey fields watching their daughters play, hiking with their black lab mixes Beau & Lulu and spending time with friends and family. They love helping others achieve their real estate goals and treat each client, and sale, as if it were their own. They fiercely watch out for their clients best interest, your home is one of your biggest investments, and Jason and Juliet are proactive and prepared to protect, and to help you seek the best property for your needs. Juliet has a degree in Psychology and Education, and is a shrewd negotiator and problem solver. Her enthusiasm, hard work and dedication to her clients has earned her numerous referrals and repeat clients. Infact over 70% of their business is from referrals of past clients or repeat business. Juliet has earned her Pricing Strategy Advisor, Military Relocation Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative Designations and is currently working on her broker's license. She loves learning new things and is always seeking to better herself, her family and her team. Juliet is active in giving back to the community and supports two local charities Stillbrave Childhood Cancer Foundation and Semper K9. Stillbrave supports local families who are battling cancer. Providing them with emotional support, counseling, necessities, financial support such as helping pay mortgages and bills that are stacking up. Semper K9 is a local organization that purchases, trains and provides a free therapy dog for our local disabled Veterans. Both of these charities are important to Juliet as her brother is a childhood cancer survivor. Juliet also strongly believes in giving back and supporting Veterans who give us so much, they volunteer and put their lives on the line for our freedoms, the least we can do is help them when they are in need of housing.
