About Grier Murphy
The longterm relationships and friendships as well as continuous referrals from past clients are how Grier has sustained such a successful and varied career to date. Grier has happily lived in Charlottesville's Belmont neighborhood with her husband and two sons for the last 26 years. Grier left New Hampshire to attend UVA and in the process found a new hometown. The city's mix of arts & culture, outdoor adventures, stunning settings, and lively restaurant scene keep her family busy and energized. Following college, Grier opened a café and a food truck (Liquid). In 2005 she began her real estate career, quickly building a reputation for her diligence, constant communication, terrific area knowledge, and ability to truly listen to and understand the intricate needs of her clients. Grier's amiable smile and open demeanor set those around her at ease. Her friends know they can always count on her to know the newest and best in town. Grier's entrepreneurial mindset as well as continuous referrals from delighted past clients are how she sustains such a successful and varied career.
