About Eve Weber

Congratulations on your upcoming home purchase or sale! It's no secret that the agent you hire can make a big difference in the results you achieve. Here's a quick history on me, my unique path into real estate, and the results I have accomplished for my clients. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Political Science from James Madison University, I served as the Chief Litigation Paralegal for a large real estate law firm in Dallas, TX. During this time, I managed a team of paralegals who supported over 200 attorneys and gained firsthand experience with contracts, negotiations, disputes, and how to work within the law to accomplish the best outcome. My love of advising, protecting, and working more closely with clients ultimately caused me to leave the legal industry. In 2005, I become a full-time agent with Long & Foster Realtors, where I remain today. My business has continued to grow based on a relentless commitment to client satisfaction, and I've been fortunate enough to earn the following distinctions and accreditations. #1 Long & Foster Realtor in Loudoun County (2012-2020) Over $400 Million in Sales To Date Long & Foster Realtor's Platinum Club ($50M/Year in Sales) 2016-2020 Best of Washingtonian Magazine – Top Team (1-3 Agents) Member, National Association of Realtors Member, Dulles Area Association of Realtors When I'm not selling real estate, I love spending time with my husband, Michael, and our three children. I'm also active in our local tennis community, playing in both the Ida Lee and Ashburn tennis leagues and holding a 4.0 ranking from the United States Tennis Association (USTA). If I or my team can do anything to assist you during this important time, just say the word. We would love to add you to our family of happy clients!
