After graduating from college in northwest Ohio, my wife and I moved to North Carolina, where I taught high school and middle school English. A few years later, her career brought us to Richmond—and it didn’t take long for the city to feel like home. New careers, new friendships, and a strong sense of community quickly rooted us here. Looking for a new challenge, I found my calling in real estate. My very first transaction—helping a young couple purchase their first home—confirmed what I already suspected: guiding people through meaningful life moments was exactly where I belonged.
