About Chandler Realty
Licensed in Virginia & North Carolina. Nancy Chandler Associates was founded in 1974 by Nancy Outland Chandler. The company opened as a small, proudly local, family-owned real estate firm with an operating philosophy based on honesty, professional expertise and superb client care. In January 2017, after years of growth, the company's property management division was rebranded into Chandler Property Management, LLC, which manages over 750 residential properties in Hampton Roads. In May 2017, the sales brokerage segment of the company rebranded as Chandler Realty, Inc. In July 2019, Chandler Realty joined forces with Rose & Womble Realty, the # 1 real estate firm in Hampton Roads. Rose & Womble was the perfect match since our company history and values align ideally. Rose & Womble is also an established, local, family-owned and operated business. The combination of Rose & Womble and Chandler Realty brings together two of the finest family-run realty companies in Hampton Roads. Our local roots go back to the seventies, and our philosophies are aligned already. Together, our companies represent 175 years of real estate brokerage experience in Hampton Roads. According to the most recent Real Estate Information Network (REIN MLS) data, the combined companies now represent the largest real estate company (by sales volume) in both the City of Norfolk and Hampton Roads. This market share gives our Sales Associates superb market share and market visibility in West Norfolk and across our entire region. Our Sales Office at 701 West 21st Street in Norfolk now does business as Chandler Realty, A Rose & Womble Realty Company. Proudly local and independent, Chandler Realty has made its mark on the local real estate industry and community and is positioned well to continue to open doors in Hampton Roads into the future.
